Caroline is a dedicated and accomplished professional serving as the Administrator at Greendale Forest Nursing & Rehab. With a Bachelor of Science in Public Health Studies from East Carolina University and a Master’s in Public Health specializing in Health Care Administration and Long-term Care from Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University, Caroline brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. Caroline’s commitment to excellence is reflected in her credentials as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the state of North Carolina from 2021. Her journey with Principle LTC (Greendale’s management company) began in 2020, where she completed the Administrator-in-Training program, showcasing her dedication to professional growth and development. Joining Greendale Forest in September of 2021, Caroline brings her passion for making a positive impact on the lives of residents, employees, and the community. She is deeply committed to leading a strong, diverse team that is wholeheartedly committed to providing the highest quality care for each resident. Caroline’s leadership embodies a dedication to enhancing the well-being and overall quality of life for all who call Greendale Forest home.

Myrtle Johnson

Director of Nursing

With over 17 years of nursing experience, Myrtle Johnson stands as a guiding light within the healthcare community. Myrtle’s journey at Greendale Forest began in August 2007, when she joined as a Floor Nurse. Her dedication and exceptional skills quickly propelled her into the role of Staff Development Coordinator in 2008, where she honed her ability to nurture growth and excellence within her team. In 2016, Myrtle’s leadership qualities led to her appointment as the Director of Nursing (DON) at Greendale Forest. For the past 7 years, she has steered the facility with a blend of expertise, empathy, and vision, establishing an environment where both residents and staff thrive. Myrtle’s unique approach lies in her belief in the power of personal connections. She consistently dedicates time to interact with residents and their families, ensuring their needs are not just met, but exceeded.

Myrtle’s dedication has been recognized through the prestigious Principle LTC Healthcare Hero Award—embodying hope, courage, excellence, and strength.

Kaley Michele Glascoe

Director of Admissions

Kaley’s heart for older adults began early in life. She grew up delivering Meals on Wheels with her grandparents and visiting shut-ins from her church, experiences that shaped her respect for aging and the importance of meaningful connection. Those early moments continue to guide the way she approaches residents and families today.
Kaley holds an Associate of Arts and a BA in Healthcare Management. She completed a 160-hour internship at UNC Wayne in the Supply Management Department, where she gained hands-on exposure to hospital operations. Through conference meetings and cross-department learning, she strengthened her problem-solving skills and developed a clear understanding of how to move work forward through the proper chain of command.
As Director of Admissions at Greendale Forest, Kaley works to ensure every resident and family has a smooth, informed, and supportive admissions experience. She is proud to be part of a team that treats residents with the same level of care we would want for our own families.
